A perfectly peach coloured cocktail in a martini glass set against a background of the mediterranean sea and palm trees.... aint I a stinka? 45ml London dry gin. 15ml Tripel sec 7.5ml fresh lime juice (round up as appropriate) 5ml simple syrup (2-1 sugar water) 1 dash angostura bitters 1 dash orange bitters (both angostura and Regan's are excellent here though the Regans provides a more herbal note thats not unwelcome) Shake everything over ice and double strain into a glass of your choice.
