We just beat tariffs at the Supreme Court. We got a million dollars back for renters harmed by price fixing. And we’ll keep fighting monopolies raising prices on groceries and utilities.

All year Arizonans have been watching prices skyrocket and asking β€œIsn’t anyone going to do something about this?!” Well I’m doing something about it.

I’m in this fight for the people of Arizona. I’ll keep standing up to the Saudi’s, standing against these illegal tariffs and price increases, and standing up to the giant corporate landlords colluding to raise our rents. Because you deserve an Attorney General on your side.

From the rising stars to the honorees, it was a day full of women making an incredible difference in their local communities and delivering for people across our state.

It was so great to attend Arizona List’s annual event in Tucson on Saturday. It was energizing to see so many Arizonans getting excited about electing women up and down the ballot in November!

The American soldiers killed today were patriots. They made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, and we will not forget them or the bravery they showed. I am praying for the soldiers wounded in the attack, the safety of all of our troops abroad, and their loved ones back home.

I have serious questions about how Arizonans’ money is being misspent. Taxpayer dollars meant for education spent on diamond rings and now condoms??

It was great to get out in Phoenix last night and campaign with Ed Hermes, who’s running for city council to help working families. It’s never been more important to have leaders at every level of elected office willing to fight for the people.

Arizonans are poorer, hungrier, and worse off than when President Trump took office. We knew that before the State of the Union and it will still be true after.

I had a blast at the 74th annual Laveen BBQ today. It was so great connecting with so many Arizonans and getting to share what I’ve been up to as AG to lower prices for families, protect Arizona communities, and stand up for the rule of law.

Mayes notches big win as Supreme Court strikes down Trump’s tariffs The Feb. 20 ruling from the nation's top court was Attorney General Kris Mayes' highest profile win in her battles against the Trump administration.

"All year, Americans have watched prices climb and wondered if anyone in power was going to do anything about it," Mayes said. "We did something about it."

You can only win fights that you’re willing to take on. We just won on tariffs. And I believe our economy, our country, and our Democracy are worth fighting for.

We just won in the Supreme Court. This is a win for us, but an even bigger win for Arizona families and small businesses.

As extremist anti-abortion Republicans continue to vie for the attorney general’s office, know that I will hold the line and defend the constitutional rights and personal freedoms of Arizonans if they are threatened.

Unafraid of a tough fight, in my first term, I took decisive action to challenge Arizona’s 1864 abortion ban and kept fighting to protect mifepristone and IVF.

I am proud to accept @reproductivefreedomforall.org’s endorsement, as we fight to protect reproductive care, abortion access, and the will of voters who came together in β€˜24 to ensure politicians weren’t making deeply personal medical decisions for Arizonans.

Arizona's elections are safe and secure. The election deniers now staffing the Trump administration have spent the past six years lying to the American people in a deliberate effort to destroy trust in our election system.

Businesses like Choice Home Warranty cannot hide behind fine print and hidden disclosures to exploit our most vulnerable consumers. This conduct will not be tolerated by my office, even if it means fighting scammers for years on end.

Bill proposes statewide air conditioning requirement for rental housing in Arizona Some Arizona cities, including Phoenix and Tucson, already require landlords to provide working air conditioning that cools a space to at least 82 degrees. SB 1608 would make that a statewide rule.

Rural Arizonans deserve the same protections as renters in Phoenix and Tucson. It's time to protect every Arizona tenant from extreme heat and cold.

We won this case, and the court was clear β€” this termination was unlawful and FEMA was ordered to reverse it. Yet two months later, Arizona communities are still waiting for flood protections that could save lives and property.

It's always an honor to share what my office is doing to protect our state. I had a great time at the Mesa West Rotary Club discussing the Arizona Attorney General's Office's efforts to safeguard Arizona and it's residents while fighting corporate greed, drug trafficking, and abuses of power.

This case is fundamentally about whether Tucson families should be forced to pay more than necessary to enrich TEP's shareholders. At the end of the day, it’s just a transfer of wealth from Arizonans struggling to make ends meet to TEP’s shareholders.

Warren Petersen and Steve Montenegro wasted taxpayer dollars siding against the Arizona Constitution and against the will of voters who enshrined the right to abortion by passing Prop 139.

Today, we beat them in court.

Judge: Arizona abortion laws are unconstitutional after 2024 amendment A Maricopa County Superior Court has permanently blocked multiple anti-abortion laws, ruling that they violate the constitutional right to the procedure voters adopted two years ago.

Today's ruling is a major victory for Arizona women, families, and their doctors. The court has affirmed what we've known all along: the abortion restrictions challenged in this case are unconstitutional.
