My tummy hurts this morning, can someone help me with my diet? Last night I had:

- Ramen Noodles
- An egg (it was in the ramen)
- Tortilla chips w/ salsa (Not in the ramen)
- A pint of chocolate brownie ice cream
- A bottle of water

Crazy how much sense everything makes after a good night's sleep, maybe I should try to squeeze in more than one of these a week... much to consider.
