It comes from years of navigating different communication styles and values.
That's the edge that comes from actually living the global experience, not just visiting as a tourist.
When cutting clips for podcasts or building content strategies, I instinctively consider multiple cultural and socio-economic viewpoints.
Cause the best content acknowledges diverse perspectives while finding the universal elements that resonate across boundaries
This isn't something you can fake
Moreover, I learned that effective content isn't just about what you say, but you need to understand deeply how others receive it.
These experiences directly impact how I work on media projects today.
My way of travelingโฆ
- Couch-surfing
- Staying in hostels
- Connecting with locals
It showed me how people from completely different backgrounds process information and tell stories.
It taught me that authenticity connects across all barriers.
And that lesson deepened when I lived in France for 3 years, then Thailand, South Korea, and China.
I learned insights you simply can't get from reading about places online.
When I was a shy kid in Saint Paul, Minnesota, I never imagined my world would expand this way.
It wasn't until studying abroad in France at 20 that I realized how powerful a global perspective could be.
That first culture shock:
- Struggling with the language
- Feeling isolated
My backpack has been my office for over a decade.
Iโve taught English across 5 different countries while exploring 60 more.
That journey completely transformed how I create video content today.
Let me tell you the story.
People ask me why I'm so focused on growing my personal brand on social media.
Iโve always loved thinking big. Every single post is a step toward a larger mission:
Build the largest ESL community of lifelong learners in the world.
Our approach with clients is straightforward:
We don't just deliver clips and disappear.
Instead, we become a true media partner, helping them map out what success actually looks like for their specific situation.
So we work as a team, not just as a service provider, to solve this.
Had to watch my 3 month old for 3 days by myselfโฆ a lot harder than I thought and I learned some thingsโฆ

This couldn't be further from the truth.
AI isn't difficult at all to use. You talk to it like you'd talk to a friend or colleague. No PhD required!

I've built an AI conference from scratch that brought together 600+ attendees from completely different sectors.
And I've witnessed something remarkable:
I'll be sharing these exact methods at Imagine AI Live in Las Vegas (May 28-30).

You can prioritize based on potential impact rather than just what feels exciting in the moment.
So if you want to level up your AI organization skills and learn how to turn ideas into action?
Without organization, you'll just bounce from one exciting possibility to another without completing anything.
Conversely, when you have a system in place, you can see patterns emerge in your thinking.
In short, the hardest thing isn't generating ideas with AIโฆ
But it's deciding where to put your time to actually move the needle on projects that matter.
This might sound simple, but they don't teach you this operator mindset in school:
- How to organize your thoughts
- Record your plans
- and actually move forward with them
With my team at Good Future Media, I've been adamant about using Google Docs and Sheets to organize all these AI ideas.
When a new concept hits, I immediately:
- Open a doc
- Share it with the team
- Start building from there
One of the biggest challenges with AI is how it takes you down endless rabbit holes of inspiration.
You'll have a conversation and suddenly think "Oh, I could do this! And this! And this!"
If you're building anything online, remember:
- Post daily (minimum)
- Be crystal clear in your communication
- Learn from what doesn't work
- Trust that consistency will eventually pay off
These pillars are how I built my brand.
(And frankly, itโs how I rebuilt myself too)
When you combine consistency, drive, and self-belief, opportunities multiply.
14.04.2025 15:56 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0That transformation didn't come from outside validation but from internal decision:
Rejecting unhelpful thoughts and pushing forward despite fear.
My journey from having a speech impediment to giving presentations at AI conferences taught me the power of self-belief.

People need to know exactly what they're getting.
The first 3 seconds of any content piece are crucial.
You need a clear premise immediately or viewers will swipe away confused.
It's about going up to bat every day, hoping for 1 in 10 posts to be hits.
