Maybe, Or, It was one of the little kids that was tearing apart Mangle. Like in one of the My Day drawings in FNAF 2 we see kids pulling apart Mangle. Phone guy mentions that the kids keep tearing apart Mangle every time the workers keeps repairing Mangle.
That's a good question, I think it's because some FNAF fans didn't know that Mangle actually bit a LITTLE BOY!!! In Mangle's radio you hear a paramedic saying "It's a little boy, he's missing his frontal lobe." meaning that Mangle bit the boy's frontal lobe off.
