Everyone says that, but if I want anyone to read... It's all nice and good, but reality is reality, and it means people want neat boxes with clear labels.

I struggle with fitting it neatly in one box as I strive for depth and heavy topics, not fated mates college smut. Some people have been disappointed by the lack of smut, some by the presence of it.

I do struggle as I don't write pure smut, I strive for depth, often my books are very heavy, but there's also smut, in most of them. I don't want to "make a choice". I am pan-genre-ic. Not neatly in one box.

These guilt trippers put the responsibility on people who just want some nice things. It is NOT their fault. It's people who have 50 mansions, private jets and islands.

I used to be able to donate to charity at least a little, but I have spent my last bit of savings for an editor of my book. My disability payments could be taken away. I know others have it worse, I know. I am still terrified.

I just turned 40 and feel the same. Why was I ever even trying. I could have my stories in my head, why write books that drown in AI slop.

I have been living pretty comfortably for some years moneywise. Not great, but I didn't have to be afraid that I won't be able to go to dentist or buy boots for winter. Now times are changing due to reasons I cannot control. It impacts my mental health tremendously.

A lot of us would be good parents, can afford them, have worked with our traumas and everything. It's not that we shouldn't because we are lesser. We just don't want to for us and for them.

My bad. But still...

I deleted it, but there is no way I can manage marketing without it. Sad truth. There are very few platforms I even want to be on, but I don't see another way. Saddens me.

Tomorrow going into a mental institution. I hope not to start a new book but concentrate more or drawing. Oh, it will be hard, but I need a change. Made all kinds of strange stuff the last time.

Just sent my favorite book to my editor. Yesternight, as Zorks would say, I went to bed early with puffy eyes and strange emptiness in my heart. Still I have to admit that this was a struggle. Being disabled I tried a bit too hard to make it perfect.
