Si on permet aux parents de sortir de la pauvreté la majorité des enfants auront a manger, ceux qui auront des problèmes dû à des parents négligents seront plus facilement identifiables. On pourra ainsi mieux intervenir. La pauvreté est responsable de beaucoup de problèmes sociaux.

Si ces millions étaient distribués aux parents, les enfants pourraient manger à la maison
