The only way the ICE and Trump horrors are going to stop is if Democrats take the House and/or Senate in the midterms. Voters in 2024 made it clear that they want immigration enforcement.

If we want to win elections, we need to deal with reality, not the progressive fantasy.

Dems have an opportunity to re-calibrate. They should be saying they will enforce immigration laws because nobody has a right to enter the U.S. illegally. They should also be screaming that Dem enforcement will be with due process and within the law, not the Gestapo GOP tactics.

but that's not what's suggested by frey. if it were, it would be fine. and immigration is based on federal law, not the variances from state to state.

This is the same Democratic crap that got Dems into this mess in the first place.

Lots I like about Mayor Frey. But implying that people who come to the U.S. illegally, and commit violent crimes, should not be deported is the stupidity that drags Dems down and makes us lose votes.
