If any of this feels familiar, support is available. Youβre not alone.

Preventing sexual and gender-based violence starts with everyday actions
β¨ Respect consent β always, no exceptions
β¨ Speak up when jokes or comments cross the line
β¨ Check in if someone looks uncomfortable
β¨ Believe and support survivors
β¨ Respect boundaries, even the subtle ones
It starts with us
As the days start getting longer, thereβs a little more light to lean on. Extra daylight can gently boost mood, energy, and motivation, reminding us that lighter moments are on their way. Even small changes β a brighter morning, a softer evening β can help our minds feel more spacious and hopeful.
26.01.2026 12:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Understanding trauma can be an important step in healing. Rape Crisis Scotland offers a range of free, accessible resources to help explain the impacts of sexual violence, support recovery, and signpost help when you need it.
Youβre not alone. π
