Sometimes I feel the world is burning

OCD will just lie to you. However, not every negative thought is necessarily a lie. Discerning which is which is a lot of mental work. It gets easier with time. Sifting through uncertainty is hard though. Sorry I’m tired and nobody’s on here anyways. So this doesn’t make sense

This is challenging. As people were hardwired to want to be liked. And with my OCD it can get self destructive. I’m trying to take steps to better carry myself. To try and seem more confident and certain. Not irresponsibly so, but responsibly so.

How others feel about me. It’s okay for people to come to their own conclusions. All I can do is try to be the kindest most helpful person I can.

I tried drawing this incomprehensible ocd feeling I have. Where I am terrified of being misinterpreted and disliked. However, to heal I must understand it’s okay to not always be understood or liked. I don’t understand and like every person. But I’m still a kind person. I don’t need to control-

I do believe I am done on Twitter. I doubt I will announce it to any body on there. I just feel tired. I think the absence of social media would be good. However, so much of the news we get now comes from social media. I feel uneasy at the idea of social media apps being owned by the far right
