Convergent Pokémon can be found in the Laken region as well! Shucklin resembles Applin, but is an entirely unrelated species! Its split evolutions are also quite different from Flapple and Appletun!

a regional variant and split evos of Wurmple. the split evos resemble the original dustox and beautifly. split evo line 1: Delicoon is a bluish gray silk cocoon in a teardrop shape. it has closed eyes, with drops resembling either tears or lashes. it has three thin, whisker-like strands on each side of its face. Paradame evolves from Delicoon, and was designed based on the official character Klara's hair bow. it's electric/bug, with a dusty white, pink, and cark purple color scheme. it has yellow highlights in its eyes and lacey antennae and butt strands. split evo line 2: Royacoon is coated in gold silk, with strands around its body. it has a group of them on the top of its head, holding onto a dark orange, honey-like dewdrop. its eyes are a strong bluish violet, with a kind expression. Schmonarch evolves from Royacoon. it's psychic/bug and is based on monarch butterflies. it has large, stained glass-like wings. the orange honey drop has become two large, swirled antennae. it has a small crown-like shape on its head, and a large fluff collar extending down as a 'cape'.

Yea you’re probably right I’m just getting in over my head about numbers again and feeling FOMO

I just feel a bit of FOMO bc I see a lot more going on in the Fakemon Community over on Twitter (but maybe that's not true and what I think is skewed). But also the reason I even left Twitter to begin with was that it became a cesspit of miserable alt-right content and it was just stressin me out

I’m really contemplating going back to twitter (but not ditching Bluesky) but I don’t know if that would be a good idea. I just feel like it was a lot easier to grow/I already had a bigger audience there? But I probably just don’t post enough here

The fire starter line from the Pokemon Verdigris fan game, Flaigos, Smoggoat and Miasmera. Flaigos is a small red goat with black smoke-like fur on its chest and tail, bands of beige on its lower legs, thick black hooves, two long square-ended ears and four red 'spikes' of fur on its head, two large above the eyes and two small behind those. Its eyes are black with white horizontal pupils and small black dots for eyebrows. Its muzzle is beige. Smoggoat is behind it, and is much lankier with a fang protruding from the lower jaw (beige like the face), three red upturned spikes of fur on its forehead, long tattered ears, two small grey horns, grey cloven hooves and grey smoke around its neck and tail. Its eyes are white with red rectangular irises, filled with white rectangular pupils. Miasmera is at the back of the image. It has a thick black mane with four downwards spikes, one backwards plume on its forehead and two zig-zag grey horns. Its face is tan with a short beard on the chin, yellow eyes with red rectangular pupils and fangs built into the line of the mouth. Around its neck and emerging from its snake-like tail is purplish smoke. The long red fur on its front legs ends at the elbow, revealing black paws. Its back legs are also black with grey cloven hooves.

An image of three fakemon from the Pokemon Verdigris fangame project, the grass starter line of Kiweaf, Ostroop and Armazoura. Kiweaf resembles a small orange kiwi bird with a large head, squinted black and white eyes, a leafy 'coat' and a large green leaf on its forehead. It's leaping above Armazoura's head with its feet raised. Ostroop is larger, with more developed hindlimbs, small wings and a defined neck with a larger beak and eyes with red irises. The leaf on its forehead is yellow now, matching the two small leaves on its cheeks and chest, and has a circular hole at the edge of either side. It's running forwards with its head ducked low. Armazoura is a large, ostrich or cassowary-like bird, with dark green leaves serving as the plumage on its body and head, and dull gold metal plating on its shoulders, feet and face. It has a large beak merged with the helmet, and a wattle made of the same material, along with cheek-guards and fangs. Its eyes are red with white pupils, hidden in a black socket, and its bare skin is purplish grey.
