Back ages ago, a forum I followed used to have an offshoot book club Discord server where we'd read a book, meet up in channels, and talk about chapters and stuff… I never got too involved in it, but I wish we had something like that again. It was really cool

Oh, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind makes me emotional too, especially at the start of the movie. It's just so… sweet. Really. It reminds you how stupid all the little issues you have are, and how valuable those memories are, the ones that actually bonded you together in the first place

I've had some tension lately, so at least crying felt good.

With pokemon GO, there are meetups for events, so I at least go to those,but they're mostly older people. I still get along with them great, though!
My World of Warcraft guild also has Maryland meetups I haven't attended yet... but I'm interested

I'm really happy my mom has been able to work from home. There's still a lot of hard ice and snow piled around her car, and she prefers working from home anyway, so at least she has a good excuse now to do it (work prefers people to be in the office these days...)

I would like to plan a day where we go out to eat somewhere,maybe a Brazilian steakhouse again or hibachi. But he just doesn't care and actually doesn't want to go out.
I mean, I can't help it if he doesn't want to "celebrate," but I feel like we should do at least something

My dad's birthday went well, I guess. At least for him.
I always try to make it special, but he's just very nonchalant about it ,like he always is.
We got him a cake and blew out the candles together. We couldn't have a bigger party because of the weather, but at least it was us together.
