I like it! Durant + Thompson are two solid starter-quality players to throw at the holes the Cowboys have on defense. They fit the scheme well, too.

Lakers in-arena announcer. I AM HOWLING 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
right! point still stands lol
you’re right! I have no idea why my search filtered out players but upon looking it up again there were more DBs and LBs!
absolutely correct! Crosby is the only DL/Edge with 6000+, for some reason I filtered out players accidentally but the point still stands.

shared these same stats back on Friday after the trade happened with the same analysis of potential downside of this trade so please lmao

NFL defenders to play more than 6,000 snaps since 2019:
Byron Murphy - 6,172
MAXX CROSBY - 6,112
End of list
The next DL/Edge with the most snaps over that time period is Brian Burns with 5,294 snaps.
That’s a lot of plays on Crosby’s odometer!

maybe for some, I’ve had issues more with his build throughout the process because he’s narrowly built (relatively). Still like him because of his athleticism but I just have more questions with how he projects than others.

CHARGERS RUN GAME IS SHOOTING PAST THE MOON LETS GO TO MARS BABY
There were 8 DTs to record a pressure rate of at least 10% and a stop rate of at least 5% in 2025 (min. 400 snaps per NextGenStats).
Jeffery Simmons and John Franklin-Myers were 2 of them.
REALLY like this for the Chiefs. The Chiefs run defense was still pretty good last year, but they were also playing the highest rate of single-high boxes that they have under Spags. Tonga is a mauler that helps boost others and keep the playbook open on early downs for KC.
good player that can do a bit of everything in a defense. Sound tackler who can fit static two-high looks and also more creative looks. Suits Dennis Allen's defense very well.
makes the Connor McGovern look excellent for the Bills, too.

a year after singing one of my favorite bargain bin FA candidates in Isaiah Rodgers, the Vikings shop down the same aisle with James Pierre.
Pierre is older but but allowed the 2nd-lowest QB rating in the NFL among CBs and only 16 catches while recording 11 PBUs. I like this low-cost signing.
Especially if they're spending that kind of money on a player that does his best work out of the slot and whose BEST season resulted in a 53rd percentile finish in 1st downs/route out of 118 WRs.
Do think he has some nice synergy with Ward, though.
Robinson had his best season last year, but I just think his skillset is an easily findable one.
Can say he's a vet (which the Titans do need in that room) and he "knows Daboll's offense" (ick). But would rather they had gone for Doubs.
it's BIG money. But it doesn't preclude the Raiders from doing anything.
Linderbaum is more a good-to-very good Cand not a scheme fit for everyone. But he's perfect for this Kubiak offense and should help boost the entire OL that was so poor. I always love the vet center w/ young QB pairing, too.
the tampering window is open
