I've heard wild caught Cubans make great pets, so if you have a reptile/herp removing group in your area there might be someone willing to take him in!
If it's not a Cuban, second guess would be a Gray/Cope's Tree Frog. Bit less likely but still somewhat common!
Bit hard to see, but first guess if its a frog from Florida is a Cuban Tree Frog - invasive species, needs to either be kept as a pet or otherwise removed from the local ecosystem

It's extremely campy but also The Most Shonen Manga I Have Ever Read In My Life. Super heavy on the power scaling, a protag who lives and dies for his friends, all that jazz. The art style in the manga is a lot easier to digest than the anime's. Overall really enjoyable IMO but I live for this stuff

If you see a mod download link to "Sims File Share", google the username first - it's a real and reputable website! But people have had their accounts hacked and files replaced with malware in the past.
If you have discord, the r/TheSims server's a good place to poke around for things too.
Some of the really big well-known mods host their own websites or use Patreon (per Sims/EA EULA, they can only paywall content for a short while, then they have to make it free eventually).
