Ok, updates: So my ANA updated results increased. It went from 1:160 to 1:320. Both speckled and nuclear dot. Centromere B antibody >8.0 positive. Inflammation/damaged mucous membrane in my doudinim. High white blood cell count. Slightly elevated bilirubin. Low albumin, low sgpt/alt, & low sgot/ast.

They did take a biopsy of the inflamed area but who knows when I'll hear back about that. It would make more sense to me if it's NOT bacterial bc this has been an ongoing issue for a while now. If it's stress induced then my nervous system is shot and I literally cannot handle any amount of stress??

I don't over take NSAIDS, I try to keep my caffeine intake low, I've reduced my stress levels as much as I possibly can, and IF it was really a bacterial infection it wouldn't have lasted an entire year. I have nothing. I've gained nothing but a stomach ache that won't go away

I haven't been able to eat normally for over a year. And all I get are shrugs from the testing???? Am I back to square one?? Everything I look up about duodenitis says it generally clears up within a few weeks. No way of knowing if it's new or been here the whole time, probably new if it's bacterial

So I've had a colonoscopy & endoscopy for my appetite loss since August of 2024 & weight loss while sedentary & unchanged eating habits besides being unable to eat.
