I get it and feel the same way. It’s a good burger for a decent price but why it gets labeled as overrated is because of the fans of In and Out being so all or nothing when they find out you don’t think it’s the best burger in the world. That form of hype and needless long lines turn me off lol
It’s not the product as much as the fans of it who cape unnecessarily hard for a corporate chain burger. This hype not only causes my contrarian pushback, but it all causes makes for stupid drive-thru lines that turn me off even if I do have a craving. Give me mom & pop hole in the walls any day.
