If a Sunderland player made that challenge in the box, I'd be holding my breath waiting for the referee to point to the spot. Sometimes, they're just that obvious.
Pleased with how we played and thought Angulo really provided a spark (and relieved some of the pressure) off the bench. Looking forward to the review podcast!
Shockingly bad. Lost all control of the match.
I assume Le Fee. Would like to see Le Fee and Mayenda on the wings.
It's complete nonsense, especially the part about "the Sunderland manager." Stopping Haaland there when you're down a goal made zero sense.
So thankful Reinildo kept his cool when caught in a similar spot yesterday...
How Sunderland's wide combinations have played a key role upon their return to the Premier League.

Granted, he's played there once, but you can add the Stadium of Light to that list.
Absolutely crushed this song last year - especially when you compare it to the 08/09 version that packed no punch.
On that note, has any other team made the playoffs with a losing record *twice* in its history?
Granted we went to the playoffs in 2014 at 7-8-1...and won in the Wild Card round.
Agreed! Very heavy legs in the first half, looked way more susceptible to counterattacks than we normally do. I'm interested to see who starts Wednesday.
Very disappointing. I gave it multiple tries following the patches and ultimately went back to FM24.
I CAN'T HELP FALLING IN LOVE WITH YOU ❤️🔥
Dave crushed it, really well done!
Been waiting for him to get an appearance all season. So proud of him and can only imagine how he's feeling getting the chance to play a role in seeing out that result.
This was the first time Sunderland have ever come from 2+ goals down to win a Premier League game, with this the 188th time they have trailed by 2+ goals in a game in the competition (D10 L177). This time feels different.

Thanks, Eoin! Seems like they're making decent progress but still a long road ahead. I mainly miss the accessibility of data -- both the passing/heat maps and ability to compare players' attributes.
Eoin, are the improvements in the patch noticeable? Anything in particular stand out for you?

Thomas Frank said Tottenham’s defeat to Chelsea “hurts massively”.
But the hurt was magnified by public displays of dissent by players and fans.
It is getting difficult to ignore the parallels between Frank and the ill-fated tenure of Nuno Espirito Santo.

My #FM26 beta experience has markedly improved with the three hot fixes this week. UI is still an adjustment and will need tinkering over the next few game cycles. The 3D visuals and in and out of possession tactics are massive wins!
Just fascinating how chaotic the start to this season has been!
Burnley also beat Sunderland at Turf Moor.
Tons of pride. Reminiscent of how I felt after we went to Craven Cottage our first year back in the Championship -- a highly entertaining and gutsy performance.
THAT’S IT!! WE’VE DONE IT!!!!
CHELSEA 1-2 SUNDERLAND!!
That's a fair comparison, I think. I know how insufferable I can sound when I talk about Oasis, so I try to self-censor a bit. Still, it's nice to see people get to enjoy whichever artist brings them joy!
Madferit!
Getting ready to see Oasis tomorrow, saw #SAFC claw their way back to a win. This is dreamland if there ever was one.
Got the assist, though! Still a great predictions in my books.
