Poor buynnoy never learned how to self soothe/find non destructive ways to let her emotions out.

One day post shb she brings her exhausted cried-out self to Urianger bc she recognizes she needs some sort of connection rn. He wraps her up in a bigass blanket and brings her tea and just sits with her

Usari needs to let it out. Scream, cry, throw things, break shit, all the above. She bottles it up until it bubbles over & she hates leaning on others for support so she just screams and screams and fights and cries until she tires herself out (then sleeps for 18 hours)😬

Best way to soothe Rheaus is to either give him a crushing hug and just drape all your weight on him till he relaxes, or drag him to the gym or training area (especially if hes whiney about wanting to stay home). Movement helps get him out of his own head

Rheaus always takes time in the morning and just before bed to do a stretch routine. At night if he's not too exhausted, he likes to write in his journal. He doesn't mind if his nightly routine gets interrupted but he will shoo people away if they interrupt him in the morning

Rheaus loves traveling and seeing new places! He doesn't really get homesick, but he genuinely enjoys when he's able to return to his house to see how his garden is doing and have a good snooze in his plush/ pillow-filled bed every now and again:)
