Ultimately you have to follow where your heart tells you to go and trust that life will work out. That's harder to do now than most other times in our lives but no less important. Protect your peace and don't stop living for their sake and the sake of fear.

It's a hard thing to reason about right now. The safe choice is to socially transition quietly and out of the public eye where you're safe and leave medical for later, but life isn't always about making the safe choice. I saw in threads that you have kids to think about and I get that so much.
