I'm very late to the party but Dragon Quest Builders 2 version of Inviting Village is absolutely peak.
I really should have dug more into the games compatible with the PS1 mouse because this is right up my alley. Despite the low budget look, I sorta understand the vision they were going for, I'm curious to try the gameplay for myself.
Meta-Ph-list, a mouse based shmup strategy type of game for the PS1 (though it doesn't do either how you'd expect). A bit notorious on the western internet for being bad but also is actually pretty decent actually. Has a surprising connection with the recently freed Cookie's Bustle.
