So I made github.com/RetroSimsMod.... It downloads the required files to a folder for local storage. By checking 'Install Starter Pack Files', it will copy the files over to the folder, after which you can use the Offline Installer I just linked to.

Found out someone else already made an installer: github.com/voicemxil/TS... It also allows for offline install, but needs manual downloading and copying of the files.

Hey, totally get it! Would it help if I make an installer that downloads & copies the required files automatically inside the Origin directory? Can't promise anything, but I can give it a try. Graphics Rules still needs installing manually though.
Can confirm this is a great place to find out how to get games working on modern PCs! Personally had success w/ 'Sims2 EP 9' (search on Archive.org, underneath Wayback, also works on Origin version to make it 'DRM-free'), and Graphics Rules Maker. Good luck, lmk if you have any questions 😁
