Kaavans diet was horrible before arriving, we spent time offering a variety of foods, including pumpkin. we offered him a small one but he showed no interest and dropped it so i chopped it in half so he could smell it and offered again, this time he threw it at me ! hard! I never offered it again 😳

When Kaavan first arrived although he realised that he was in a better place he still didn't trust humans (Dr Amir 4 PAWS excepted, as we discovered much later).
All we really knew is that he came from a horrible life at a horrible zoo and had killed 2 of his previous "carers"
