That’s the one. Starting 0.5 and gonna give it two weeks before I need to ask for maybe lower. Though to get 0.5 was so expensive at the compound pharmacy, I’m hoping it balances out soon.

These last 9 months have been so awful. I can’t believe how much of my life just slips away. I’ve always been chronically ill yet LC is a new beast. I have never been this unproductive in my life. Very slowly feeling eaten alive.

Started a new off-off-label drug for my long covid. Was warned that it’ll have side effects at first and make things worse for a few weeks (if it even helps at all).

Yet still I find myself Pikachu shocked faced I’ve spent the last week with worsening symptoms and PEM. Can barely move from bed.

Happy Birthday to my incredible wife. Who every day, I count myself lucky to be around. She never stops making me laugh. Every day is better with her. And this last weekend celebrating was a wonderful time, and today, she deserves even more!
