Folks flying in for ECCC: If you *can* take the light rail from SeaTac, I strongly recommend you do. The main route into Seattle, I-5, is operating at reduced capacity while undergoing repairs, so traffic is gnarly and heavy delays are likely going by car.

My other trick is to get cheap freeze-dried berries and toss a couple in too! They rehydrate and add a little zhuzh.

I started doing these for different autoimmune nonsense and while I use the powdered stuff, I found it helps if I can use carbonated water as a base! (Just have to be careful adding the powder.)
