Did you do a custom TEC? I always found TEC to be fun but just not actually want I wanted. I assume that's how you ended up with Phase?
Y'all seen the @bequiet.com Silent Loop 3 420mm AIO? If not you should. Silence and COOLING (in all caps because it's nuts). Just try and thermal throttle your 9800X3D. (Or TR because it supports TR with the 240mm version too).
