As a CPAP user, here to say the sleep study was a nightmare but the actual CPAP itself ended up being great. Definitely explore the mask options, they have some that feel far less restrictive than others in terms of movement and sleeping style.

Does anyone know of a group/organization that helps trans folk move or possibly seek asylum if they feel they're in danger? I don't want to speak for the trans community but if anyone has resources you would like me to post feel free to DM me. That goes for trans mental health hotlines as well.

I feel like his actions did separate his coworkers from his work though? He didn’t do it for the sake of the company—he did it so that someone he worked with and respected wouldn’t have as hard of a time just because the company made bad decisions.

White walls are acceptable if you cover them in art and don’t want to detract from it. That being said my office has a mint green wall, a salmony pink wall, a bright yellow wall, and a dark blue wall and it’s just everything to me. 😂 We are exploring the idea of a pink/mint kitchen in the future. 👀

Even Max has his “NOPE”s this season! I started watching Takopi’s Original Sin which he won’t touch, and honestly? Fair. Super cute, super dark, and lots of twists to the story. It only took two episodes for me to read all of it in one sitting. Never traumatize yourself for the sake of anime though.

I just had to admit to my husband that I have no idea how to play chess and that, yes, we watched the entirety of Queen’s Gambit and I just had no fucking clue what was going on and I didn’t care enough to ask. It’s truly a testament to how well they played up the drama to keep me interested in it.

I miss the food there so deeply (and all of my friends who haven’t been priced out of the area yet 💀).

But dark humor is the best way to deal with the pain! I was absolutely feral with it for months after my dog died of kidney disease in 2019.
