Stainless steel knurled thumb screws, high type. No use to me because I want M4 knurled brass thumb nuts, high type.

The internet‘s ruthless efficiency killed little shops run by old men where they would find you a specific screw, bolt etc from their dusty boxes out the back. Now the internet has gone to shit, you google that specific item and get shown a big pile of random loose screws. Bring back old man shops.

Walking from a part of Dalston I *kinda* know, to Bethnal Green Road yesterday, I flicked on Google Maps just to double check, and it assumed I was a car and pointed me in entirely the opposite direction.

Kinda feel like that’s pretty low hanging fruit for computer software to not fuck up.

That’s fantastic! It’s such a good record… my equivalent is probably finding a Lito Barrientos album with the killler comped track in a charity, a couple of days after reading about it being a comp highlight. Still unsure how a single Colombian lp ended up in a Herts chazza.

Moody! Never heard of that since…but quite a few years after moving on from there I found 3 unplayed copies of Hanged Man for 50p each. Finally admitted defeat and bought an online copy of hymns a swingin. No regrets, that one’s genuinely great
