Recognising all those who drive research excellence: REF 2029 and research enabling staff – REF 2029
Rather a narrow definition of 'enabling' here. Teaching/teaching & scholarship staff also play vital enabling roles at most universities, enabling teaching & research staff to have some time for research by managing disproportionate student numbers.

My word as an influencer guides millions so I don't do this often, but if you're fed up of fancy pants restaurants in Glasgow's West End, you could do worse than heading to Sam's in Hardgate. Really good authentic Italian food. It's BYOB, but corkage is a fiver and you can buy at Tesco's next door.

You were at Scarborough, huge envy. Is this the festival? Was down there last week for other reasons and watched a bit of an evening club game. It's such a lovely ground.

The embroidery was likely commissioned by Odo of Bayeux, the design developed at St Augustine's Abbey under Abbot Scolland and then stitched by a group of women. England was famed for its embroidery. #BayeuxTapestry 2/

It tells the story of the events leading up to the invasion of England by Duke William II of Normandy in 1066. We see all sorts of scenes and landscapes. Some like 'Ubi unus clericus et Aelfgyfa' are enigmatic. #BayeuxTapestry
