Awesome debut from the English Synthpop duo features superbly layered electronic production on tracks like “Reflections Are Protections,” “Tigerlily.” Elly Jackson’s vocals soar on Ben Langmaid’s synth lines , played it a lot in 2009.

I wish this was on streaming, I can’t remember if I’ve listened to it , Reset EP and Los Angeles era was definitely sick

a powerful debut from British folk band Mumford & Suns , featuring some strong hit singles in “The Cave” “Little Lion Man” and storytelling epics like “Dust Bowl Dance.” More sincere than the trends it inspired, much here to like.

i should think about getting a copy myself , since you mentioned it

i always thought Office Space was like a tv movie or straight to video or something , it never really occurred to me it had a theatrical release . I do like it a lot though , one of my favorites for whatever reason .

there’s not any particular reason i like it , it’s just really well done

it is theoretically possible and maybe even plausible that someone could shoot themselves with a gun on a fatal dose of heroin but as i’ve explained once before this would require a dose to take the edge off , ready the weapon , inject fatal dose , eight second window to fire by my calculations

I find it kind of odd that Alan Wilson , Jimi Hendrix , Janis Joplin (all three of which had just headlined Woodstock together) Brian Jones and Jim Morrison all died within a year at the same young age . Nothing like it has ever really happened again .
