It's gotten to that point, especially in the last several months. I have a lot of respect for my manager, but I also try to stay out of her way and go to work and do my job so she's not constantly on me about not doing work.

I feel like my coworkers care more about who they can blame for doing work when they don't do work. I take my 15 minute breaks on the daily, and someone who is "in charge" when the manager isn't on duty, told my manager that I took a 30 minute break. I really want to talk to HR about things.
