Na época, escrevi pr'O Globo: "deveria ter exibição obrigatória em escolas de cinema, devido à sua trama que esmiúça e desmistifica, de forma bastante engraçada e inspirada, a produção de uma obra cinematográfica. Um exercício de metalinguagem imperdível."
