It's 70 out today, I took PTO, and just did the second ride of the year, 18 miles with a wild elevation chart. My wife's on spring break so we're doing a kid free lunch date next. Great day!

It's 4:50 am, I'm 20 minutes into a leg workout, objectively not a lazy thing. I just finished cross arm front squats and am doing straight deadlift next. Rather than rack the weight I switched from cross arm into a Zercher squat, went deep, and placed the 135 on the ground. Objectively very lazy.
When I was in Afghanistan and had nothing to do but play Skyrim and lift I was doing 2 a day lifts. The result was I'd end up doing chest-back one day, legs-arms/abs another. You would get the second day sore the day you hit the muscle group again... Eventually I added a cardio day in between

Went to bed at 930, baby slept until 430 and went back to bed. Got a solid hour of leg day in in the basement. Now it's 6am, I got 7 uninterrupted hours of sleep, and already got my lift in for the day. Oh and I'm on family leave the next 3 weeks, so my sole job today is snuggling a 3 month old 😎
