We have no power at the moment and rely on WIFI calling as the signal is so bad, so we can’t really do anything at the moment. We’re just really disappointed that after almost 2 years, and despite having SGS and National Grid advise us that this needs to be carried out, Octopus won’t do it.

The whole point is, it isn’t affordable. It’s almost 2k a month to rent one of these flats and there are zero affordable apartments for sale.

Of course that widens the gap. It means the rich get richer and the less well off in our society get moved out of the city they live in.

You’re single-handedly increasing the poverty gap in Bristol by signing off huge private developments, that are handled by private equity firms and corporations which have a “rent only” system in place. These rents have sky rocketed over the city and left people homeless. Practice what you preach!

Yet you keep signing off rent only developments in Bristol which increases this gap.
