Excellent book. I finished reading it a couple of weeks ago. It was very thorough and well researched.

I mostly do 1000 piece puzzles though I prefer 500 piece. Very occasionally I will do a 1500 piece but I don’t have room to do much bigger than that.

Maybe if he and the other oligarchs distributed their wealth people could afford to have babies.

I think all senior public servants seem to suffer from memory loss if Kathryn Campbell and her ilk are to go by. How can they reach such positions of power if they can’t remember anything?

Í have just finished reading the book ‘Mean Streak’ by Rick Morton which is about the Robodebt scandal. The book is very well researched and thorough so I highly recommend it.

I finished ‘Mean Streak’ a couple of days ago. I highly recommend it to everyone.

My early walk today. I left home 6.03am and walked for 2 hours 13 minutes.

I thought the first episode stayed true to the spirit of the book. Let’s hope that it stays this way. I hope they don’t mess up the ending.

I have just started watching the new TV series ‘Earth Abides’. This is my copy of the book that I bought from a second hand bookstore more than 40 years ago. Maybe I need to buy a new copy. I hope the series is as good as the book.

It has been about 5 years since I last read it. The trailer for the TV shows has them carrying quite a far few guns, I don’t remember them carrying many guns in the book. Am I remembering correctly? I love the book but am a bit wary about the TV show.
