i had this rough sketch for around 2 years decided to give it a go finally

artwork of my OC Maya dressed in one of her more iconic outfits from the video game Animal Crossing: New Horizons. the outfit consists of a light gray floral-printed apron over a white sweater, a Cinnamoroll hat, a blue sailor skirt, black everyday tights and a pair of chunky blue high-top sneakers. she is also carrying a cherry-blossom pochette. to her right we see a smaller drawing depicting her in the Animal Crossing art style, as well as a cameo from my OC (and other island resident) Belville in the same style.

getting verified on vgen and getting comms again is a nice goal to reach as well, putting concept art in the back burner since i got burnt out by my last gig and i loved just drawing my OCs and other ppls OCs so looking forward to that

2026 im gonna try to draw more easier character pieces with simple poses rather than focusing purely on drawings with elaborate backgrounds
