I'll chime in and say they're going to do exactly nothing, just like Nintendo. They don't want to anger the fuhrer by proxy and have all their lovely lawsuits swing against them, get broken up by the DOJ, and lose all their high-dollar gov't contracts. To swing against this is to lose.

Getting art is difficult. It seems that two things are exclusionary: good art and a reliable artist. I think there has to be a touch of madness to an artist to make great art, but that renders them unreliable on things like time. If you find both in one place pay them well and tell no one else.
