Honestly the Summer Isles are real. We don't do the naked dancing , the cold or the midges would put a stop to that nonsense if anyone took the notion.
We do have festivals though , again no naked dancing involved.

A Heron and a Glaucous Gull enjoying very different weather on the loch of Reiff.
My trail camera fell down so instead of getting film of an animal nibbling at the block of butter I'd put on top of the post, I got a snippet of The Great Escape. No Ives you'll never make it.
I wonder, is the dread of finding out your parcel is with Evri a self fulfilling prophecy? Also,I don't understand the point of these pictures but this one does make a change from the usual knee shot.

That was a crunchy drive home this morning,the slush that the wind hadn't blown off the road has frozen. This is the coast so I'm guessing it's very bad inland.
I finally got a bit of spare daylight so zoomed off up to Culnacraig for a bit of whale spotting,just missed them but got there in time to see their feathered entourage disappearing behind Isle Martin. Anyway it was a nice enough afternoon.
No wonder the cheapest Renewed, Acceptable phone I got from Amazon kept running out of charge, it has an energy Vampire🧛🏻♀️. Baat.

My parents' cat Bridget vanished. As the weeks dragged on they became ever more worried, so to distract himself my dad began to paint Bridget's adventures, imagining her travelling through time and popping up at some of art & music's most important moments.
