Just for some background info that may be relevant, I'm not doing so well in managing my anxiety and also am trying to navigate severe ADHD symptoms that are seeming to frustrate some people. I'm looking into getting back into therapy so I can focus on these issues head on and finally feel "normal"

So, if you're someone who's been affected by my emotional unavailability or my miscommunication issues, I'm so sorry. I'll do better to work on these issues but it will take time. I appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as I try to navigate these complicated emotions.
