Today’s the day! Heading over to Leeds this morning, buggering about for a few hours, before descending on Farsley for this rare treat. Can’t wait.

Impossible to go wrong with the original Jurassic Park. When I saw that in the cinema on first release there was an interval in the middle of it. That’s how old I am 🤣

Absolute banger. I’m growing a little weary of this trend of 30-year later sequels but that one I really enjoyed.

D’you know, I’ve never seen either of those films. One day I’ll sit down with Spiceworld and see what I’ve been missing.

What’s the movie you put on when you’re ill, or sad, or anxious, or stressed out?

Mine is the #BobsBurgers movie. I don’t like sweeping statements but that,to me, is a perfect film.

It’s the only thing that gets me through having to go on a plane.

I’d like to introduce you to my cat Detective Rosa Diaz (Rosie for short). You wouldn’t think from this picture that she has a care in the world but in the six months she’s lived with us she’s shown nothing but derision for me personally.

Can’t tell you how happy I am that I can finally listen to this absolutely incredible album while on the move. Nice to no longer have to play it via beatbox on my shoulder in the ‘hood.

Unexpectedly very much enjoyed the first episode of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” on Netflix. Not sure it’d ever see the light of day over here but it’s really good. Only watchable in the original Korean with subs though - the dubbing in the trailer looked pretty shit.

I’m enjoying that I now have to wait seven days for the next episode each week. All TV should go back to being presented this way.

Finally binned off the hellsite. Now a permanent, regular member of this place.

My current obsession is #Severance. This will be the case for a long time. Looking for random conversation with fellow obsessives.

It’s going to be so good. I’ve been listening to Wot Italian so much in the last 20 years - never thought I’d ever be able to hear any of it performed by Boothby and Antonio together. Can’t wait.

Does anyone know why I don’t seem to be able to watch the #SNL50 episode from this week in the UK? The rest have all been on Sky Comedy, but no sign of this one. Rights issues or something?

I don’t think I’ve ever raced through a rewatch-binge-watch as quickly as I’m getting through The Good Place. If anything, it’s funnier second time around.
