Nobody is listening to each other anymore, they just want to be vindicated regarding their own ideology and opinions. It's nice, yea, but it's destroyed people. Why isn't the idea of a social media app without one american political bias more popular?
I want to go back to an Internet where engaging with people through debate and disagreement is normal rather than just attacking and blacklisting. I understand vitriol such as racism, homophobia, etc is not a normal disagreement and it's a redline, however, we've pushed too far into divisiveness
Also if all of my feeds could funnel into one that would be great. I love the creativity and community of the Twitter structure, art, nerd shit, etc. it's cool to talk to the world, I just don't only want one single opinion brand ever. I hope more people join and it gets more diverse
