The drive to my ranch is 300 miles each way, and I’m able to do it multiple times a month with zero stops in any of my gas cars. Once I’m there, I’m on solar only, so there’s no possibility of recharging an EV. When it’s time to go home, I can refill in <5 minutes at a gas station.

It was really fun. They let us jump in the water at the stern at the North Pole, then took us inside to the hot tub and sauna just fwd of the reactor compartment. Not the coolest trip I’ve done, but probably in the top 5.

When we were friendlier with Russia, my parents and I hopped a summer trip aboard the 50 Let Pobedy just to go see the ice and bears. It was pretty neat.
