Minecraft rollercoasters today in Mrs. Krause's class. π’ #MinecraftEdu
It's always a blast getting to spend time in Mrs. McCulla's class. I love the fun and encouraging environment she creates. Her students did a great job coding mice today π
I'm grateful to have more animation lessons with Ms. Wallace π¨. The way she works with students, encourages them, and calls them all "artists" is always so great to experience.
Testing out 3D-printed conversation hearts in @tinkercad for a lesson with elementary students. What βpunnyβ tech messages would you put on yours?
2nd grade is learning about animation and using @wixie-t4l.bsky.social to create their very own animations during art class. #EduSky #EdTech
Using ScratchJr was a great way to review the continents with 2nd grade this week. Loved their creativity.
Right back at you! Grateful to be connected!
It's a great game!
My younger friends and coworkers always use it as a way to express agreement more emphatically. I always use it as "are you serious?" Now that we can add whatever emojis we like with iOS 18 I just avoid it all together π
Benny's "good morning" face reminds me of this π
A student made me a name tag for when I use #ozobots with the other classes π₯Ή. #EdTech #EduSky
Our #STEAM night was a blast yesterday! The students did such a great job running the different stations and we had a great turnout! #EduSky #EdTech
More #HourOfCode fun with Mrs. Taubken! I love the books she selected to read to the students this week.
The weather got a little out of hand during parent pickup todayπ¨ π§οΈ
I often have to do social media posts for our school accounts so I will use it for that. Sometimes to help write a post, check for grammar, or convert a long FB post to a short tweet.
Sounds like a great day!
π€£
Absolutely!
We code a lot throughout the year, but something about #HourofCode and setting aside specific time amps up the excitement. I love when the Mrs. Taubken, (our librarian superstar) and I get to collab. #EduSky #EdTech
So proud of this crew and how hard they worked today at the Robotics Tourney!
Today was the last day in art with Mrs. Wallace (for a couple of weeks at least) and it was so much fun! It's always amazing how the same project can take on a life of its own depending on which class you are working with. #EduSky #EdTech
A short final robotics practice during lunch today. Tomorrow morning we head to the State Championship π
It was super cute!
The kids were super sweet. I love hearing about letters and messages like the one you received. It is always such a motivator to me knowing that just being myself can have such an impact on the students.
This birthday card a student made for me has me cracking up. They designed apps on the screen and also wrote jokes. I asked her how the "Miller slay" app works, and she said, "nobody knows, it just works" π€£
That's a great memory!
This feels like a sad confession π€£: I swing through a checkers and get a small cherry coke and an order of fries #Educember
