Why Can't Top Democrats Just Say "No War With Iran"? The response to what could be the biggest geopolitical disaster of the 21st century is foot-dragging, silence, and sleepy, feigned opposition long after the deed is done.

What does that mean? "The high road"? You mean you want an excuse to be violent? Even knowing it will cut our chances of success down to 20-something percent from 76-82? Why would we sabotage ourselves like that?

In a Kakistocracy, the incompetence is weaponized for the benefit of the regime. Norms cannot be met, chaos rules. The least qualified and most corrupt run the show. There is no interest in justice and legitimate governance.
