I went round Morrison's today for a shop ... They actually have a robot going about cleaning up spills on the floor! The future is now! So cool! Everyone seemed chilled with it, acting as though an autonomous machine was perfectly normal...

Another chilly -1° morning in #Glasgow. At eight o' clock on Thursday 20th November. Proper winter. Still coughing!

Happy Hump Day. 19th November. It's cold and frosty outside in #Glasgow this morning. It's days 2° but it feels much colder at 8am. At least we've got the heating and are cozy!

A wet, dreary Tuesday morning in #Glasgow. The boiler went on the blink! It's 4° at 9am, but it feels much colder. I've managed to shoogle the condensate pipe and reset the boiler, so the place will soon be warm and we can have hot showers! We're all still coughing from that bug!

At 8 am this Monday morning it's a clear 1° in #Glasgow with rain expected. 17th November. We still have coughs, but they're not quite as sore as before. Wrap up warmly!

Sunday 16th November, and in #Glasgow at half seven it's minus 1 and clear skies. Brrrrr.

Saturday 15th November, and it's 5° but it feels freezing in #Glasgow! Clear sky. Brisk stuff for half eight. Brrr

Yay! It's Friday! It's a cloudy frosty 4° in #Glasgow at half eight. 14th November and it feels like November. We're still coughing big time. But it's not the full flu anymore.

12th November. Hump day. Wednesday. At half eight on #Glasgow it's 10° wet and cloudy but not raining. Coughs are getting better. Weaning off paracetamol. Who knows I might stay awake most of the day!

Well, it's 12° at 9 am on Saturday 8th November here in #Glasgow. It's overcast and not raining at the moment but everything's wet anyways. My rib cage is sore from coughing. This flu is still dragging on!

Amazingly it's 13° outside here in #Glasgow at 5 am on Friday 7th November. Obviously cloudy. Everyone is still sick but I am now the worst in the family. Two months ago I got an email to book a free flu jab, the appt is 30th Nov. What was the point of that? I should have just paid back then!

I love people who know how to get stains out of clothes. Not dry cleaners, that’s their job, I mean the woman who tears across the street and kicks the door in to tell you that you need to soak an ink stain with hand sanitiser before washing it on a low heat. Those people have seen some shit.

Because we're all a bit under the weather at the moment, it doesn't feel like a proper Sunday today, which is a shame going into a working Monday as you feel cheated.

I got a packet of charcoal pencils last week and tried them out just there. Weird. Pencil sharpener didn't work, so back to a knife to whittle enough to draw with, you know what? Actual charcoal is LESS messy! Ha! 🤣

My mate gave me a tip about wearing headphones or earbuds so that shipping assistants will leave you be. But I would rather get help and be in and out as fast as possible 😜😄

I popped into M&S. The menswear is upstairs. You get off the escalator at the lingerie dept. Sharp left. Then it's the kiddies' stuff. It's only when you realise that women buy everything, from bras to school skirts to their man's jumpers does this make any sense
