Decided to turn the C96 into a true machine-pistol with a significant boost to the alt-fire burst speed, and increase the capacity range from 10>15 to 12>18, so it has the capacity for full 3-round bursts instead of having a leftover round at the original capacity

This adds some new QoL features and -should- fix the issue where the Automap was wiping itself after save/loads.

Some of the lighting is just part of the render, and then regular realtime/dynamic lights in-game affect the player's weapon sprites as they would any other 3D object, since they exist as a Quad physically

Took a second run at the LP-42 model! Since the flare gun was originally only a thing the Sharpshooter used, the original mesh was really low detail - been wanting to re-do the player sprites for it using a better mesh!
