just finished KTP's HRT doc and wow. it answered a couple questions I havent been able to answer for a long time and ended up uncomfortably ignoring.. was fun in general with the bits of commentary and creatine section lol.. and helps me feel immensely better about my HRT regimen

got a new biography book about a native Hawaiian and her family. I really want to learn more about Polynesian culture and get closer to my roots. as I understand it, there's a lot of overlap with Samoan and Hawaiian but I really want to everything, its hard to know what I should read though.

injection day went well :3 I've been real scared since my rough injection a month ago.. but since then it's been a lot better!! feeling a lil stagnant on some changes but.. I think everything's going at an OK pace!!

injection day went even better today :3 trying to inject slower and it went amazing! my first few injections were kinda leaking out a lot and after trying slower injections it was a lot better this time! ever since starting them i just feel so so so much better :3
