A week ago, 13-year-old Doc was found tied to a pole. Today, he’s wrapped in blankets, his advanced kidney disease is being treated; he feels a bit better.
We don’t know what tomorrow holds for this little man. But today, he’s eating, resting, safe, and loved. And for now, that is everything. 💗

Our cage-free dog rooms got an upgrade! New wipeable couches, consoles with fireplaces, TVs, and all the comforts of home. The dogs approve. Yes, a shelter can feel like home - there’s just a lot more cleaning 😂
