Back when nurses used to do the swabs at the clinic for you, my total lack of gag reflex was commented on a couple of times 🤣 but I can tell you without a doubt that a large PA is ALWAYS gonna activate it.

My hubby has a large PA and I definitely notice when it's not in but not in the jarring way. In the "Ahh my normal lack of gag reflex has returned, now you shall be rewarded" way 🤣

It's such a jarring feeling. It's like your hand has turned into a ghost hand passing through objects that your brain is sure are there haha

Haha yeah there's definitely plenty times I've went to take my glasses off/adjust them only to grasp at nothing because I have already removed them mere minutes before 🤣

Similar with the septum. I always hold it when I'm cleaning so if I take it out and go to clean, my hand automatically goes to hold it and ITS NOT THERE. I laugh about it, switch to the other nostril and instantly do it again 🤣.
