a man in a suit and tie stands in a crowd Alt: Tobias Funke (David Cross) on “Arrested Development” defiantly proclaims, “There are dozens of us! Dozens!”

Dozens!!

I’ve been trying to unlearn that whole “guilty pleasure” concept. People like what they like! And that’s awesome!

If it’s a bad movie that’s a comfort watch, how bad could it be?

If you need me for the foreseeable future, I’ll be busy writing the screenplay for “Beatnik Skeletor”.

Never apologize for that! Haha
Starfleet is an ideal and ideals will be challenged, whether by "Earth First" idiots and post-Xindi attack xenophobia, or by war-hungry Section 31 types, or whoever else. But Starfleet is strong and pure enough to endure. SFA is a great example!

I've always loved that definition of Starfleet! The Abrams era gets a lot of unjustified hate. (Except for Into Darkness. That hate is absolutely justified.)

Man.

The world fucking is on fire.

So go be as corny and cringe as you wanna be without hurting people.

Live whats left of your only life.

If you can’t be free in your body at least go be free in your mind and soul.

Fuck the haters.

I agree! Renegade isn't bad, but I prefer anything over the theatrical cut. How dare they try to cut all those glorious sweeping camera moves and absolutely bonkers plotlines?

I've always loved the ambition and ballsiness of this one, too.
Do you have a preference between the Zeist aliens or Renegade cut versions?

Yup! Captain Power and Skeleton Warriors were what Gary Goddard did after the movie.
(Everything always comes back to the ‘87 for me. Haha)

I bet so! That was such a cool idea for toys.
Crazy that it was the brainchild of the director of the MOTU movie, too.

I bought the dvd set a few years ago. I haven’t tried watching the episodes with the toys, though.
I don’t know if they’d interact though. I knew Duck Hunt won’t work on modern tvs and the technology is pretty close, right?

Kurt Russell as Snake Plissken in the movie Escape From New York. The words 'I don't give a fuck about your war or your president.' are at the bottom of the frame.
