I'll very strongly disagree with the implication that soft skills can be learned :D

Some of us simply don't have them, because we are not born that way. Similar to IQ - some people are naturally higher, others are naturally lower. EQ is what describes "soft skills" and is measured by psychology.

It's never too icy or cold, it's just lack of suitable gear ;)

Yeah they did change a bit, I am not the biggest fan of the latest iteration - I liked the previous one more. 20 years ago might actually be either the old-old model, or the one in the picture. I think that this one was introduced around the 2000's.
